Institute on Education and Training (IET) - english information

The IET conducts analytic research and provides technical assistance to improve policy and practice at all levels and in all sectors that offer training and education in the United States. It has a multidisciplinary research staff of about 50 members, with a range of disciplines that has allowed the IET to develop a comprehensive approach to the problems andchallenges of education. The IET is also affiliated with the Council for Aid to Education, a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to focusing and leveraging corporate America's support of¤ education. Besides publications such as journal articles and RAND research reports, the IET publishes issue¤papers and research briefs aimed at informing general and policy audiences. It also has an electronic mailing list to announce new publications and activities.
