The hotline (0800 / 40 40 020) is staffed around the clock – on request in 18 languages. Experienced female counsellors advise and empower you, and put you in contact with a pregnancy advice centre – you do not even have to tell your name. You can then talk everything over calmly with a counsellor in your area.
