3 to 14 November 2025 – Future Skills campaign weeks on the German Education Server (DBS) and the Eduserver
Under the motto ‘Future Skills – Learning for the Future. Living the Future,’ the German Education Server (Deutscher Bildungsserver - DBS) is organising two weeks of activities from 3 to 14 November 2025, featuring a wealth of information and a series of lectures.
Dossiers, podcasts, interviews and articles on the topic of future skills will be available here and on our social media channels throughout the two weeks.
In an online lecture series, experts will also present future skills from different perspectives. The events will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 2 to 4 p.m. They are free of charge and open to the public. Please note that these will only be held in German.
The topics of the lectures, which will be followed by an opportunity for discussion, are:
- Introduction to future skills in various areas of education (Dr Anna Sandmeir, Ulrike Wilke, Stifterverband),
- Learning for the future: How schools can become places of success (Micha Pallesche, Ernst Reuter School, Karlsruhe),
- From coolness to charisma – Future skills from the perspective of young people (Ellen Wallraff, German Children and Youth Foundation),
- Future skills from the perspective of employers (Larissa Klemme, Bertelsmann Foundation).
