In April 2025, significant progress was made on the international stage regarding the inclusion of people with disabilities. Representatives of governments, disability organisations, civil society, the private sector, international organisations, and donors gathered in Berlin for the 3rd Global Disability Summit to discuss progress in the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Two key outcomes of the summit were the "Global Disability Inclusion Report: Accelerating Disability Inclusion in a Changing and Diverse World" and the "Amman-Berlin Declaration on Global Disability Inclusion." You can learn more about these in our more detailed information in the links below.
