The praxis oriented research realized by the occupational training think tank Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) helps to strengthen occupational training efforts. Working closely with public and private sector clients that commission studies, f-bb develops occupational training models and measures that aim to guarantee a secure future for German workers, and also conducts research into the suitability of these measures for specific work settings. f-bb carries out basic research, pilots occupational training concepts, elaborates case studies, gathers statistical data, carries out empirical studies, and provides project managers with expert advice.
