The Media Education Lab was established at the University of Würzburg in order to address possibilities, problems and questions concerning media education from a comprehensive and international perspective. Our research and academic teaching focuses on pedagogical, technological, and global questions and makes knowledge available for students, teachers and researchers alike. Furthermore, we emphasize interdisciplinary scholarship and practice that stands at the intersections of education, computer science, and media studies. This way, we aim to create and foster a new generation of media education at universities and schools.
