The Library and Research Information primarily provides services to the scientists of the Institute. It is open to the public as a reference library. For this purpose, it supplies printed and electronic media and information in the scientific fields of cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, history, science of education, and sociology, thus meeting the needs of the Institute's research profile. The collection contains around 223.000 volumes, several printed and numerous electronic periodicals and databases.
