The Australian Council of TESOL Associations (ACTA) is the national coordinating body for Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Its objectives are to represent and support the interests of its members, to ensure access to English language instruction for speakers of other languages and to promote study, research and development of TESOL at state, national and international levels. Its website offers information on ACTA, its activities and publications, as well as links to its member organisations, other organisations and resources for teachers.
