You can generally use our website without entering any personal data. We will only assess personal data with your consent. We will not transmit such data to third parties without your consent.
Data and information are assessed each time this website is accessed. These data and information are stored in server log-files. The following information can be assessed and stored:
- IP address
- information about the type of browser and the version used
- date and time of access
- internet service provider used
- operating system used
- websites that have directed the user system to internet service
- websites the user accesses via our service
Point f, article 6(1) GDPR provides the legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log-files on our website. A temporary storage of the IP address via the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user device. For the duration of a session, the user’s IP address is thus stored. Storage in log-files serves the purpose of operation, optimisation of content on the website, and assurance of security of our IT systems. Data are erased as soon as they are no longer needed for the fulfilment of the purpose. In the case of assessing data for the provision of the website, this means that the data will be erased as soon as the session has ended. In the case of storing data in log- files, data will be deleted after seven days at most. It is possible to store data even beyond this period. In these cases, IP addresses of the users will be deleted or made unrecognisable so that it is no longer possible to link the client to a specific user.
